so much for dreaming

sobrang depressed lang ako,, di ko alam if its this med that im taking or the med that im taking up.. im just too tired of everything. im not happy with this. feel ko wala akong support system for this, even my man can't be there when i badly needed him. am i in a crisis?, or whatever. I would escape if i would have my destination, even if i have my destination pala, im sooooo tangled with this responsibility. im the one who finishes what i have started, im never the one to back down. pero given this blows,sucker punches syempre i get weak naman. human lang din naman ako e. i don't know if this is my advantage or not, im not the one who shares my pains, just suck it all up until its gone in my blackhole system. pero some things cannot be taken up, pero i can't live with this all the time.. mahirap, its like im fighting this stupid war against myself, wherein neither can win. stupid lang talaga. parang i am so paralyzed with this, pero i can move. i move against my will. ang hirap hirap, tas you can't live to the expectations, even my expectation for myself is not gratified i can't be happy with this. i want to stopppppppp

recipe for tuna pesto pasta

hi, eto na yung famed recipe ko for that pesto that is such a hit amongst those who ate it.. kinda hard for me to give away my recipe ee, pero since everyone loves it i think its pretty fair that i share this, kinda legacy thingy itey for me so gora nalang :) hope you enjoy this,, always remember though *cook with love :) mwuah!


Ingredients:
(this is for half kilo of pasta)

-1 pack of clara ole chessy pesto
-1 box of nestle cream ( all purpose ha :)
- 2 cans of hot and spicy tuna ( century tuna ung flat cans)
- 3 to 5 cloves of garlic (dinikdik ng bongga) ung malalaki na garlic not ung galing ilocos na tiny
- Tabasco habanero sauce (optional- 3 drops is spicy na)


>prepare the ingredients,, lahat yan mabibili sa local groceries


1. drain mo yung oil sa clara ole, yung saktong drained..ung tipong mga 1-2 drops nung oil is dripping pa from the pang drain ng pancit canton thingy (di ko alam tawag dun e).. Tapos set aside yung pesto, set aside din yung oil.

2. drain tuna, tipong dry na. tapon mo yung oil/liquid wala nang gamit yun

3. eto na.. I gisa mo yung garlic dun sa oil na nakuha from pesto sauce, mga 2 tablespoon lang ng oil. Sanskutsahin hanggang maging slightly golden yung edges nung garlic.

4. add mo na ung drained tuna, then igisa until brownish na

5. add mo na yung drained pesto, mix it thoroughly with the tuna

6. pag ok na yung pagka mix sa pesto and tuna, add mo na ung cream, all of it. mix thoroughly until mejo mossy green na ung sauce.

7. this is optional as i said, add mo na ung tabasco, i usually put 3 to 4 drops since maanghang siya.. pero im telling you its up to you

8. put mo na sa ibabaw ng pasta then halo, the ratio between the sauce and pasta is very preferential to you :)

9. SERVE WITH LOVE :)
